How often should i get a massage?

It depends on the person and their body's needs.  For some people it means a monthly, bi-weekly or weekly maintenance massage to keep the stress and pain managed.  For others that are affected by a high pressure work environment, extreme sports training or chronic pain, they might need it more frequently and benefit from multiple times a week.  It really just depends on the level of your stress and/or pain level and time of relief from treatment. This can be experimental at first in finding the right massage ratio.   Your encouraged to be aware of your body and to be mindful in the way your body reacts to massage treatment.
